The Tower (XVI)

The false falls and makes room.

The image

Lightning strikes a tall tower on a rocky peak, knocking off its crown; flames burst from the windows and two figures fall headfirst through a dark sky full of falling sparks.

Keywords: upheaval, revelation, awakening

Light side

When a false structure collapses, truth becomes visible. Shock can clear the ground for something more honest to be built.

Shadow side

Holding up a cracked tower out of fear makes the fall harder. Treating every disruption as pure disaster hides what it reveals.

Drawing The Tower in a game of Leela

In Leela Atlas you can draw a card from the Classic Tarot when you land on a square. A bridging question links the card to the square, so the card speaks to your own question:

• What belief or arrangement around your question is no longer standing on solid ground?
• What does "The Tower" show you about your square?
• If "The Tower" were advice for your question, what would it say?
• Where do you meet "The Tower" in your life right now?
