Nine of Pentacles

Abundance by your own hand.

The image

An elegant woman in a robe patterned with flowers stands in a ripe vineyard among nine pentacles, a hooded falcon resting on her gloved hand.

Keywords: self sufficiency, refinement, independence

Light side

You can enjoy what you have created by your own effort. Independence and self discipline bring a quiet, graceful abundance.

Shadow side

Self sufficiency can turn into loneliness behind garden walls. The hooded falcon hints at instincts kept too tightly in check.

Drawing Nine of Pentacles in a game of Leela

In Leela Atlas you can draw a card from the Classic Tarot when you land on a square. A bridging question links the card to the square, so the card speaks to your own question:

• What have you already built for yourself that you could enjoy more fully?
• What does "Nine of Pentacles" show you about your square?
• If "Nine of Pentacles" were advice for your question, what would it say?
• Where do you meet "Nine of Pentacles" in your life right now?
