Light side

Steady, focused practice builds real mastery. There is satisfaction in doing one thing well, step by step.

Shadow side

Work can swallow everything else, or repetition can become routine without meaning. Perfectionism keeps you from ever finishing.

Drawing Eight of Pentacles in a game of Leela

In Leela Atlas you can draw a card from the Classic Tarot when you land on a square. A bridging question links the card to the square, so the card speaks to your own question:

• What skill is this question inviting you to practise more patiently?
• What does "Eight of Pentacles" show you about your square?
• If "Eight of Pentacles" were advice for your question, what would it say?
• Where do you meet "Eight of Pentacles" in your life right now?
