Inner Truth 中孚 Zhōng Fú
Leela Atlas team · Updated
Sincerity from the heart moves even the hardest of hearts.
Trigrams: Wind over Lake
The judgement
Inner truth reaches even the most unresponsive beings, like pigs and fishes, and brings good fortune. With it the great crossing is possible.
The image
Wind moves over the lake, stirring the water from within. The noble one weighs judgements carefully and is slow to condemn.
Light side
Sincerity from the centre of your being can reach even the hardest hearts.
Shadow side
Mere goodwill without honesty about yourself rings hollow.
Drawing Inner Truth in a game of Leela
In Leela Atlas you can draw a card from the I Ching when you land on a square. A bridging question links the card to the square, so the card speaks to your own question:
- What is the deepest truth you hold about your question?
- What does "Inner Truth" show you about your square?
- If "Inner Truth" were advice for your question, what would it say?
- Where do you meet "Inner Truth" in your life right now?
